I had previously bought oversized tires for my Toyota Tundra. Customer service contacted me to ensure that I knew that the tires were not the factory size. It seems that there is a good level of quality control and checks and balances to ensure that the customer is getting what they need.

I have bought many sets of tires from Tirerack and will continue to do so!

Been purchasing tires on TireRack for several years. Easy to use website, ensures the proper fit, and fast delivery. Road side hazard warranty is excellent.

I have bought multiple sets of wheels and tires from Tirerack and always keep coming back. They do an exception job. I have only had one issue in probably 2 decades and they took care of it quickly. Lifetime customer.

Got a good price and experience online but had to reschedule with the installers a couple of times because of delivery delay. Probably really a ups issue

I am heavily into modifying cars and performance driving/racing. My cars are set up to run sizes, offsets and various things outside of original OEM parameters. And sometimes I just like to test certain theories/possibilities for myself. I understand going in it might not work but you often cancel my orders or refuse to sell me something because it doesn't fit what your screen says will work as opposed to my thousand hours under the vehicle and 20+ years tracking one car in particular. I'm sure the babysitting is great for the masses but I go elsewhere when I can to avoid the headache.

Tire rack is requiring a forensic level examination and proof of the defect. No help is offered. I must incur all cost and only then possibly be reimbursed. Attitude is poor and not customer-centric. Tire rack does great in sales but when an issue arrises, beware.

I've ordered lots of tires from tire rack over the last 15+ years, Tire Rack has always been great for having what I need in stock, even in sizes that are slowly becoming obsolete (life is tough for fans of older sports cars with 16" wheels these days)

I have purchased tires from this site before and had them delivered to the same location before. Everything went fine my wife and me were very happy with the way everything turned out

Fast delivery, the next day delivery and best off all a wide selection of tires. You get to see and shop all the deals rebates and close out, love those close outs
But what i do hate is when they use fedex it comes the next day late, my last order was delivered by fedex ground ( which are contractor and sux) at 837pm the next day which is still next day but at 837pm it might as well be 2 day. I can only hope that all my orders are shipped UPS so then i know i can get them installed and mount the same day by my favorate tire guy ( F*** Mavis)
They should dump FedEx ground (Non Union) and stick with UPS (even though the union president is a D bag)

Everything was perfect. Clancy, sales rep was very helpful and even doubled check tire size with me for correct fitment.

Easy to navigate website. Only draw back is the low selection.

I install my own tires, and when they need warranty, I never get the warranty issued back. I think you owe me for 4 or five tires

Website is very very well designed for simplicity and ease to find various categories for your wheel size, reviews easy to access and the ability to see reviews specific to your car is amazing. Keep up the good work.

Been buying tired from you since 2000. Your phone reps used to be more engaged and helped pick the best option or went through the process with more detail

TireRack has hands down the best deals every time. More importantly though, TireRack is a review shop. Nobody does reviews that are as in-depth or as involved as TR. I send everyone I know here. I've been using TR for close to 15 years, and it's never let me down. I've even taken advantage of the road hazard warranty. It's not a gimmick. Twice, I've had single tires replaced due to road hazards (torn side-wall on one, and a bubble on another due to potholes).

I had a question about the tire and customer service was knowledgeable and was able to answer the phone and addressed my question right away. Supper important- the tire arrived in just 2 days.
