I called to discuss the two tires I was comparing (Michelin Crossclimate2 and Bridgestone Weatherpeak) and it was very clear that I knew far more about both tires than the person who took my call.

Installer had a 3 week wait to get an appointment so I had to go and pick up the tires and then take them to another service provider. This wasted a couple hours of my time.
