Delivery was fine. Received two tires one day and the other two the next. The only problem I had was trying to track them. Most likely because I checked out as a guest it was made quite difficult. Other than that, everything went well.

Tire Rack Great Pep boys, not Great. Installation took way to long They snapped off the lug nuts and wanted me to pay for there damages.

I enjoy researching and purchasing my tires on TireRack, knowing I get great information, the extra road hazzard warranty and usually installation prices as displayed on your site. I say usually cause this time the recommended installer I had the tires shipped to and installed at charged an extra $10 in installation services than you advertised and they also padded on a $4 environmental fee. There was not out of ordinary installation and the tire size fell within their advertised install price. So I just feel they padded the price for more profit. I mentioned something to the installer and they just said thats the price. I didnt want to argue over $14 but now I know not to go there again if thats what they will do.
