Always a pleasure. My vehicles are saved, so all i need to do is call up my vehicle and search. Always easy, always plenty of options, always great customer service and always quick shipping! Many times the next day!

First, the pros:
- Selection is fantastic. Far exceeds the options available from the dealer or from local tire shops / Discount Tire-style shops.
- Shipping is lightning fast. Literally 2 day delivery which is mind-blowing for large / semi-heavy items.
- Ordering process is great. Easy to compare products, easy to purchase, easy to select an installer and ship to them.

Cons:
- Installer I selected was not great. This is mostly my fault in the end (I certainly could have selected a different installer). But the appointment I scheduled ended up getting canceled and they stated they had no availability for weeks - one of the reasons I selected them was that I could book an appointment directly on Tire Rack for one of their open slots, so this was pretty frustrating. Once the time for the appointment came, then they said they couldn't work on my particular vehicle. That was pretty frustrating as well.

The way you collected the CC and shipping info was a bit unusual... and I would like better options for looking up past orders.
