I tried to order tire/wheel package but it never gave me the wheel option, just tires. I can live without the rims but this is the second time I couldn't get tires and wheel together. Maybe my error also.

Ordered some nice Pirelli tires at a really good proce point. Had them shipped to Pep Boys near me. They were installed and are an amazing tire. Whole process was excellent.

Fedex guy made a delivery to my place last week, and I noticed that he had tires/wheels in the back of his truck. Said that they come ready to go and he's already made several deliveries in my area. I checked around with the local tire shops and they were more expensive - a "no brainer"...

Had difficulties with finding MY preferred installer. I did finally work out the installer desired. The tires were delivered in advance of my appointment. Couldn't ask for anything better from Tire Rack except better pricing.

The Tire Rack website is very easy to use and ordering is a breeze. Order shipped same day and arrived before day 3 to one of their recommended installers. Unfortunately the installer did not honor the price advertised on the Tire Rack site. The were still one of the cheapest, but it was annoying that they wouldn't honor the price, even after upselling me other services. On top of that, there was an $18 "shop fee" tacked on to the bill with the explanation that "We put that on all tickets."
