Saved over $500 on tires and allowed me to cross compare (even choose tires made in the US). The chat feature was super easy and can tell it's not an agent in another country. Support U.S. Thank you! Also installation was great. Would be nice to have an installer in my small town but had to travel 40 min away. Made an appointment ahead of time had tires delivered there…so was convenient.

At least your order system is clear and understandable. Now if you can deliver as promised and not loose the tire. An earlier purchase of the other 3 tires lost the 4th tire & wouldn't deliver the 4th tire for the original promised lower price.
" I work first shift and can not sign for a UPS order that is shipped to my home. I work a mandatory over time all the time. I leave for work at 5 am and often return to my house at 5 pm or later. UPS knocks on my door before or at 3 to 4 pm and insists that they must get a signature for them to leave the shipment. Many other people in this area of Ohio work a 12 hour shi ft and can leave for work at 3:15 am & return hom e at 5pm or later.
* At times I can ship to a business, but 50% of the businesses will access an additional monetary fee for receiving a shipment. Luckly, most repair shops don't access a fee.
* Because of UPS's limited to this area of Ohio, it is questionable of when you will get your shipment regardless of what they promise; they usually deliver late or at least part of your shipment late.
