Very professionally done web site. Very few choices available for summer tires in the size I needed (195/55R16) - I was surprise to see that.
Each time we order from Tire Rack, everything goes smoothly from beginning to end of purchasing tires. The shipping time is amazing.
Ordered a set of 4 tires. Tire Rack shipped them in 2 packages - two packages of 2 tires each. Confirmed with Tire Rack rep that both packages were put together and shipped from the same Tire Rack warehouse. One packaged arrived on time; the other package was MIA with no way of finding out what was going on with it. The second package arrived on the following day, despite the tracking info stating the delivery date being the same as the first package. Ended wasting two days before tires could be installed due to the tires having been sent in two separate packages.

Smoking deal on Pirelli Scorpion AT. Very pleased with TireRack, not so much with the installer. I have brought the car back once for the tires being out of balance causing a severe vibration above 55 mph. The vibration is better, but still not acceptable.
Well done. Tire Rack makes the entire wheel/tire experience a snap. You input your exact car. It shows you the wheels on a 3d of your car to get an idea immediately of what they will look like. That way you make sure that what your getting is what is best for you. Next you select your tires and they give you the option to also purchase TPMS sensors (TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM) I have a 2008 Mazda i needed them, i assume if your car is newer than that you as well will have to pull the trigger and purchase these. Disclaimer, if you don't know if you need them call the dealer and check. Also they option valve stem seals, and lug nuts which make the entire process a breeze. Finally, check out and await you new wheels and tires. Mine shipped free to my home on the east coast within 3 days!
