I received the wiper blades for two cars, along with multiple parts. Since I'd ordered for specific cars, I thought they would come with a specific part to install them. Unfortunately, I have a choice of four.

The customer service agents were Helpful and courteous. My exact tire was discontinued so I had to pick an alternative that had a different speed rating than my previous tires. An agent had to call me to confirm I understood the difference and give his suggestion and in the end I ordered the tire I chose.

My local garage couldn't get the tires I needed. They suggested Tire Rack. Less than 48 hours later, tires were delivered to and installed by my local garage.
Most all was great. Your shipping company one the other hand was terrible. They never sent me any info on where the tires. When they got to Pheonix it took 2 days to get to my house, its only 35 miles to Queen Creek. Not happy with the delivery system
