I've been using tire rack forever, they've worked in so many areas to remove the friction(sorry pun) of selecting confirming fit and ordering, even sending directly to our preferred shop. This is the way all car parts ordering systems should work, embracing the realities of owner purchases, but doesn't necessarily install what they purchase themselves
In my opinion it's hard to review or rate a company until you have a problem. I had a problem with tires purchased from Tire Rack and it was a very complex scenario and only related to a warranty tire issue. The team at Tire Rack worked through all of it and made good on all warranties and promises. Highly recommended. Great prices and great Services

Quick and Easy. I waited until Tire Rack got my tires I needed in stock, because all other outlets were more expensive and I worried about the quality at other outlets.
I purchased a tire here and did not realize buying a tire wouldn't be enough and there would be more costs and more days without a car from having to buy a wheel and get it installed. This was frustrating, but my main complaint comes from their customer service. I left my thoughts on a customer survey and received a very rude and condescending email back stating my problems were my own fault, when THEY are the ones who asked for my thoughts with the survey only to be met with the rudest response. I have since looked online and have found three other reviews stating the exact thing that they are which is: MISLEADING. There are so many aspects to how this website works and takes your money without describing the clear intentions or what product you are really getting. Disappointed

This was an l around great experience. The site has a great setup when comparing to other tires in the class you're looking at. Reviews seem legit and not paid for.
Tire Rack refused to honor road hazard claim for being 2 days late even though damage event happened in period. Christmas travel prevented reporting it when it happened. Terrible service. Tried to switch me over to sales for new tires after rejecting claim. From now on, I'll buy local with somebody that values relationships.
