Disappointed in the fact I ordered a set of tires because of the 80k warranty and free road side hazard then get told I have to pay out of pocket for new tire I might get reimbursement for it. I will probably purchase my next set though a local tire shop next time.

I have ordered CrossClimate2 for four (4) of my vehicles. Yet, when ordering a single (1) replacement, the TireRack search did not identify a CrossClimate2 for my 2012 RAV4 V6 4WD. I had to search for tire size to find the CrossClimate2.
