I love tire rack it's always fast and easy and they always have what I need
Older salesman at local Firestone always gave attitude about installing tires from Tirerack. Last time there they left my truck unlocked in parking lot and things were stolen from my back seat. No more Firestone for me, family, and/or friends.
Would not let me choose another installer because I had one saved on my account. I had to remove the saved installer to even be able to see other options.
Our original purchase through Tire Rack was great and the installer Discount Tire was also great to work with. We had a problem with a nail in the sidewall wall and were a little concerned the warranty process might be a pain but it was simple and easy to file a claim and get a new tire. Thanks Tire Rack
Has to be near 30 years, maybe 40. I remember Tire Rack ads in the newsprint version of Autoweek. Haven't purchased tires anywhere else in years. Why would I?

Another easy order, tire in stick, immediate shipping.
Had a sidewall come apart and was told not covered. Was told road hazard even though it was a rear trailer tire. Nothing happened to the tire just 3' ahead. Asked rep. To reconsider but no was the answer.
Replacing two flats from road hazard so it was easy to duplicate.
Have used them multiple times and the website and customer service are outstanding.

I have had these tires for years. I don't drive much anymore so I do run the winter tires year round. I have had these for almost four years and they actually have a lot of trad left. One tire in the front has developed a bubble so am replacing the two front. I still have the two Arctic Altimax in the back and there is plenty of tread on them.
Ive had my current tires for 5 years of consistent daily driving. I chose them by using the tire rack decision guide. They performed great and lasted a long time. Im choosing to buy the same tires again.
