Pretty simple and straight forward. If anything, it was a little confusing to figure where the option to pick up the tire would before. Before you commit to buying the tires you have to put it in your cart and go through the payment options before you're presented with an option for pickup. Otherwise, if you don't add anything to the cart, you only see shipping options.
After several successful orders from tire rack I finally goofed one up.
It is very nice to be able to compare tires before you buy.
One thing that is not easy to return is a set of large truck tires. I contacted HQ, explained that I goofed and would like to return 4 tires. My contact made it as easy as possible to return. I ordered another brand shortly thereafter.
