Have never had issues ordering. Tires are almost always delivered next day. Claim support has always been incredibly fast.
Awful experience so far with the hazard protection. Had a flat and tried to use the roadside assistance, but they wouldnt help without a policy #. How the hell am i supposed to know the policy number? Read all the fine print, nothing mentions it anywhere. I tell the agent its from a tirerack order assuming they could point me in the right direction, nope. They tell me to call tirerack, which is closed on Sunday.
