My experience with tire rack was fine, but the installer mounted a couple of directional tires on in the wrong direction.
I love having to ship my tires to a tire dealer and have them to install and it comes with free tire rotation and balance for the life of the tires.
Great until my last set of tires that Monro declined to install. Perhaps add a note that they cannot install XL low profile tires without damaging the rims. Would've saved me a bunch of time. BMW installed them quickly with no fuss.
