They came and installed the new tires and took care of some corrosion on the rims. That resolved a prior tire pressure issue.

I purchased new set for my rav4 yokahomaaaaaazzz as usual because they are awsome and i was able to snag a rebate and ship them to my home. They shipped them asap the delivery people took long to deliver 2 of the 4 tires but thats not tire rack fault. Everything on their end was good.
My Pirelli tires have less than 100 miles on them and I'm already having to replace one. Still have not received the road hazard information included in the purchase, so this replacement appears to be coming "out of pocket" I'm not hard up, but live month to month and budget accordingly. This is not acceptable, and I'm hoping that Tire Rack will do the right thing.
