I needed snow tires urgently and was searching online. Many other shops made it complicated to purchase tires and aluminum wheels together, but Tire Rack made it easy to choose a combination of tires and wheels. Booking an installation appointment was also simple. The products were shipped the same day and delivered to the installation shop the next day. This time, the installation was done by Discount Tire, and their work was excellent. The installation was completed within the time frame initially promised..

Order was easy part. Even get contacted by Tire Rack ppl to confirm my order, due to "No Match" for my vehicle. Confirmed. Shipping was different story. One order 4 tires, shipped in 3 different shipments, to local tire shop. I suppose, expensive items, better safe than sorry. I have no problem with that.
Order suppose to arrive after 2 work days. ( by the end of the week. Next week shipments started to arrive... 2 tires in one shipment, next day 1 tire arrived and day after 4th tire arrived... So I can't say, I'm not happy, but definitely not pleased. Michelin Product, how ever, Excellent! As to expect.
Thank you Tire Rack. For future purchases, I'll probably give one more shot. Of everything goes smooth, will do it again, if problems and inconvenience continue, I will shop elsewhere.

Never have an issue with the website or support. I have non standard tires for my car and someone contacted me to ensure I was ordering the correct tire. You don't see many companies that car about the customer before making a sale, but this company definitely does.
