Tucker at 10:48 am February 12th, told my partner that zero 200tw were available In the size I needed or could safely use. With a simple 15 minute search I found what I needed at a very discounted price. I run with scca and use you guys religiously, and promote you guys to the moon with my social media and on forums/in real life to new customers, saying your customer service is top of the line and will do anything to put you in a safe tire for your desires. So far, no problem. Very good website and explanations. Best online.

I have never had an issue with TireRack or the tires they provide. I have since purchased more tires and experiences great customer service once again. Also, the fact that they are affiliated with Discount Tire is a bonus. Keep it up TireRack.

Change the address entry to allow for customers to enter an address fully manually. The current one forces people to pick from a list that may not have the address they need. So instead of being able to have tires shipped directly to the shop, which was not on the list, I have to have them shipped to my house, which is an available choice, and stuff them in my car to drive them there myself. This is a $#*!ed decision by the company, I almost rage quit and bought from another site.

Shipping is still very high.
Not many vendors support deployed military bases.

I'm the father of daughters- they don't check tires unless the TPMS tells them something is wrong. I use TireRack as a sanity check for comparing tire brands and performance- I am a listener- not a follower.
My kids just want to buy tires conveniently- like from tire warehouses that offer free services that they won't likely ever use.
I haven't used TireRack's road hazard coverage yet hope that it proves itself!
I'm retired so don't get bothered by taking delivery at home or an installer. I have the time to set up installation on my schedule- my kids don't want to touch
