I needed a tire for my BMW and there was no better price. It got to my house in about 3 days and shipping was free. Customer service over the phone was very good as well. I will definitely shop there again

There were mix ups with customer service and reps do not seem to be coordinated among each other. They do not pay attention to what other reps tell customers or look back at previous communications for an order. Email response is slow and phone response is atrocious. Once I finally spoke to someone via chat who called me back they were pleasant an accommodating.
