I wasn't expecting a repair on the tire.
Great pictures and layout of tire options. The "Compare" section did not work. I would also like to see a posted tread grade rating, eg. 600AA, etc.
I received my tires via FedEx Freight one week later. They were scheduled to arrive by Friday but were delayed until Saturday afternoon. Slightly dissapointing but not a deal breaker.
The following Monday I took them to my local tire shop to have them mounted, balanced, and installed. Unfortunately, one of the 4 tires had a very visable leak after it was mounted. The tire also showed clear signs of the puncture. The local tire shop was great about trying to patch and repair it. Now I have to wait and see if the patch will hold up, as it is extremely close to the sidewall.
I'm somewhat dissapointed that Best Used Tire's "rigorous inspection process" didn't catch this before shipping them to me. I wanted to shop with confidence knowing that the tires I'm ordering and having shipped are in the best possible working condition. This experience will have me second guessing my next online tire purchase. I'll be following up with customer service in hopes of a $20 patch credit.
