One suggestion on a better approach to ensure customer satisfaction is the DOT date stamp being shown and disclosed on tire listing. It's a used tire with purchaser risk assumed, but age of tire does matter.

Best used tires out there
The last few orders that I have received have had one or two major prior repairs to at least one tire. I know the fine print alerts the buyer to this possibility, but I was hoping this would be an exception and not the norm. Unless the information that the tire has been repaired is disclosed upfront, I may not purchase additional tires from this company.
