I ordered 2 tires under 2 day shipping that were to be shipped directly to the tire shop. When I went to the shop 5 days later they said they only received half of the order. When I called customer service they explained that fedex must have lost the label and it was being held at the facility. It ended up becoming a big hassle for me to track down the tires on my own and I was disappointed as a customer that I had to find the tires myself and that bestusedtires didn't track that the shipment wasn't fufilled at a timely manner.

Extremely disappointed by the company's misleading practices and lack of care! A few months ago I used the online tool to purchase run flat tires for my BMW. Once I entered my make, model, trim etc the tool gave me a list of tires specifically for my vehicle so I purchased two. This week I went to return my lease BMW to the dealership only to find out that they don't want to accept my car as is because the tires I put on were not for my vehicle as they are not run flat. Now I'm facing hefty fees or purchasing new tires again. Needless to say I was extremely upset because the tires I purchased from bestusedtires are supposed to be for my vehicle and called the company. Shockingly the supervisor said he knows BMW comes standard with run flat tires and there is no spare tire in the vehicle and admits the tires I bought are not run flat and I may have not known that because certain manufacturers do not put that in the description but too bad apparently the company has a disclaimer and the online tool shouldn't be relied on even when you enter all your vehicle information. Also since it's been more than 90 days from the purchase they have no obligation to do anything. So how is this not fraud when they know they should have sold me only run flat tires but they didn't? What's even worse is that they've put my life in danger and continue to put my life in danger on the road and not even care to remedy this situation! For a family owned business they clearly don't care much about putting family lives at risk and prefer to promote misleading practices instead. Despicable.
