This is the second time I'm ordering a this tire. The first time it didn't pass inspection before it left your shop. Hopefully this time it good.

Had the tires mounted and balanced and tires have flat spots on them which are causing a vibration...also tires were patched
Promised delivery on 7/6 or 7/7 never rec'd the tires on either date tires showed up on 7/8 w/ no explanation Customer service rep was no help & referred me to FedEx (an automated line to check tracking) The tires were ordered on 7/2! Not sure who is to blame but you should be able to back up delivery. I live in Boyertown and could have walked to Allentown and back before they were delivered to me.
