Tires arrived faster then I thought they would and they were in better condition then I thought they would've been.
Best used tires and by far a good company. I had a issue with one of the tires having a pin hole in its side so it has set me back because I had planed on travel over the weekend for a important meeting but now I have to rent because I prefer a matching good set of tires for safety reasons. At the end of the day I still stand by the company as the best I've ever used.
Attempted to call several timesbecause something had gone wrong with my order and was made to sit on hold each time for quite a lengthy amount of time only to here a message stating I needed to leave a message. Needless to say, I just hung up each time and finally sent an email instead as I was not certain what had happened with my order due to the fact that I had received a confirmation number after purchase was made, the shipping information was emailed to me as well yet I still received several emails stating I had left an item in my cart when in fact I had not. I did receive a couple of helpful emails in response to mine and thankfully the order was totally processed and all is well.
I have just purchased my 3rd set of 4 tires from Best Used Tires. I been involved from an early age with my grandfather's tire business in the 1970's and have grown up racing automobiles and having show cars. I have QUIT paying high retail prices for tires since I have been able to buy almost new tires (90%) tread remaining for less than 40% of the new price for high quality OEM tire brands like, Michelin, Goodyear, Continental. The service has been exceptional, receiving my tires quickly and them being just as described. I have recommended them to many friends and associates who also have had great service and perceive that they are receiving a good tire at a very reasonable price. I will continue to purchase tires here when I need them.

I bought tires for my BMW 740il and BMW X5. They were the original size, brand, and speed rating. Great tires at a great price.
I received my 2 tires and installed them last Saturday. The next day, one of my tire was low. Today I went to the garage to have them check on the low tire, and they found a crack on the tire. Why should I pay for a bad tire! Your company are reponsive for good quality tires. I should get a refund! Rich Guerin 10-30-17
Pair of tires had tread depth as advertised. Both tires had 1 patch which is also as advertised. Date codes were less than 1.5 yr. Old. Overall good experience for the price paid.
The info on the website is really good. Tires are shipped by Fedex which is also good.
Its a very good way to buy tires... where else would you get almost new tires@ 50% the cost.
So far so good; the tires look fantastic! Have to take them for install and hope there are no issues.
Tires didn't have as much tread as I wanted
I've ordered 2 sets of matched tires from these folks. Tread depth was there just as promised, but... out of four tires three had patches, one of which had two patches. I'm not saying they aren't good tires or don't hold air or that they didn't warn me that they might have patches, but I'm really not thrilled about paying a good price for tires with patches. I'll probably give them on more chance.
