Ordered my tires and they were here within 3 days. So easy and quick! There were a lot of options as well.
The website crashed multiple times during the payment phase of the ordering process. I tried 5 or 6 time to place orders and got 2 order success replies for the two purchases I wanted. Some of the attempts that crashed were subsequently completed without me and duplicate orders where placed. Customer service was very helpful but I still had to deal with delivery drivers in declining the orders and had to waited for refunds to be issued for the returned product. The company has good product with quick delivery and reasonable prices. Your people did well but your software needs improving.
Shopped around and came across this site. Best prices and received next day at my front door. Like the Amazon Prime of tire shops!
My tire shop had been in your network, but needed to rejoin. I sent my tires there and wad charged 70 dollars delivery. Other than that very nice and so far I love the tires. Thx Mvoss
Recieved order fast, but tires in picture had white letters, tires delivered were the correct tire, but lacked the white letters. I'm fine with it, but the next person may have purchased them for the white letters.

Bought four tires and thought I'll be waiting a lot get them and after a day or two they were already outside my door (neighbor's door but was my fault so I really recommend give specifications if your house/apartment is difficult to find)

I love the general tires. I just wish they offered and raised white letter in the size that I watered LT*******R, it sucks that they only come in black wall now I am replacing a tire that got torn on the side wall. I'll so you cannot fix that. I had four general grabber at 2 raised white letter tires. I love them the way they look in the tread. Tire buyer is a good company and have had great experience with purchasing tires from them before just wish they still made raised white letters.
I ordered on a Saturday and they delivered on Monday morning. You can't beat that for service. The only complaint I have is the driver had all kinds of space in my driveway and pulled into my lawn and cut a rut in my grass. I

I love Tire Buyer. The tires are delivered SUPER fast. The ONLY thing that needs to be fixed is the website (i think I sent this review last time I ordered tires). Please remove the requirement to put in the zip code that tries to match the buyer with an installer. If I want to buy tires, I do not want to put my zip code in order to even search for tires. It is very frustrating! I only want to search for the tires I need. I live in a rural area and there is NO INSTALLER near me. I understand that is a convenience for many tire shoppers, but I DO NOT wish to have my tires inatalled--only delivered to ME. I can find my own installer.
