I should of had them delivered to my place... the installment places you guys had avail, the closest one was 10 miles from me and was jiffy lube... it took over 5 hours and me sitting in the waiting room to get 4 tires put on... I have 2 places near me that would've done it under an hour... extremely frustrating as it totally dented my day which now I'll need to make up for. I know this isn't a direct tirebuyer service but I suggest getting more installment providers cause jiffy lubed absolutely sucked and I won't be ever going there again And makes me think twice before ordering online again then just going to those 2 tire places.

Easy to shop and purchase, deliver and install within days.

They were 30% cheaper than Walmart. And they let me choose a shop with a great labor rate. And a great reputation

When the tires got to my shop they didn't have my name or my order number on them. Just tirebuyer.com internal numbers. Took us a minute to get that figured out. Not the end of the world but it would be helpful to have the exact info I have in the tires when they arrive.

No problems other than the tire shop did not seem to know that I had an appointment. I had to argue with them a bit about the fact that I pre paid through the website for installation. Also, the website upcharged me for the installation fee. Next time I will pay for installation directly with the shop and skip the middleman.

For my tire size only 2 diffrent tires came up. My car has 2 uncommon size rim on both front and rear however the rear tires I was struggling to find.

Appointment was not confirmed by Tirebuyer. Requested an appointment that was available 3 days after ordering. Tires were delivered to installer next day, but installer was not given any information other than my name. They had no way to contact me to confirm any appointment and Tirebuyer did not reach out to confirm an appointment. This is the second time this has happened when ordering tires from Tirebuyer.

Buying from tire buyer and having them shipped to and installed by a local tire shop was way too affordable and easy! Will definitely return when the next rig needs a set of tires!

4th time using tirebuyer and once again everything went great and thanks for your military discount it really helped.

The installation vendor attempted to charge me over $200 infees and installation costs. I had to inform them that this was already paid and they also did not know what tires I ordered. For this I am giving a 3 star. The Tirebuyer experience I had zero issues with, but overall I feel that I should not of had to go through all of that since everything was paid for prior to getting to the vendor.

Have made two prior purchases before now and have been very satisfied with both. Had great difficulty in making this purchase.
