The company's reputation is significantly marred by widespread customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from technical issues and inadequate customer support. Many users report being unable to access features after paying for premium memberships, leading to feelings of frustration and perceived exploitation. Complaints about account bans without clear explanations are prevalent, contributing to a sense of mistrust. While a few users have found success in their experiences, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of reliability and support, suggesting that potential customers may want to consider alternative platforms for their needs.

I take the time to cycle through all the possible matches, saying yes or no. The app eventually serves up all those people where I have already selected no. I contacted Tinder and they said sometimes people create new profiles. While I can see that might happen occasionally, I'm talking about hundreds of profiles. If hundreds of people are creating new/duplicate profiles, Tinder has terrible controls over screening out fake profiles. If they are not new accounts (as I suspect), then Tinder might be intentionally dumping the "no" profiles back in the mix. Since they insert ads into the profile review process, they have a financial incentive to keep you going through the same profiles repeatedly to generate more ad views. I do not pay for Tinder Gold, so I can't see who liked me unless I matched them. I repeatedly get annoying push notices to my phone prompting me to log in and see who likes me. There does not seem to be any setting to turn off these notices. Once again, just a tactic to get users to unnecessarily go back into the app to generate more ad views.
I have met a couple nice people on this app, but most appear to be fake profiles. Also, the relentless attempts to force users to plow through unnecessary page views will likely cause me to cancel the subscription at some point. Tinder needs more controls over bots and fakes and also needs to correct the problem where previously rejected profiles are continually re-presented after some period of time (the app "forgets" my previous choices).
Tinder Staff - Does this somehow reset if a user travels some set distance from where the match/decision was originally made and then returns home? You guys need to figure this out. Tech support keeps saying it's not a problem. Stop dismissing the feedback and correct the problem.
I am someone in the finance sector. I was told Tinder is one of an ideal dating sites to meet decent people online. However, my account has been banned on the 2nd day from my subscription date. This is not the 1st time I subscribed on a dating site. I know what should / should not say... If you joined Tinder, you'd notice it's not easy to find the email of CS. Finally I managed to leave my message to Tinder... yet the feedback is simply a "standard reply"... I am very disappointed with Tinder's services. I'll NOT recommend this site to anyone! Thumb down!
Stay away from this RIP OFF Mob!
No matches! It should be ILLEGAL for this Muppets to operate this Con Operation, an utter Fiasco! You've been warned.
Now lookie here I'll tell ya like it is. I don't usually gain much from your services But y'all really went above and beyond with this last person. Idk if you put her in my area or been stalking me but good job. Her dance moves could use work I'll give ya that bc nobody's perfect. But boy I'm starting to think she is.
They change guidelines and expectations. You cannot see when someone matched with you. It is a complete bullsh** app. Use bumble, hinge, even match. No I'm not paid for this
So, you join for, say, a year and the profile that you entered the first time was not perfect. Far from it. No second chance, though. If you or someone else swiped left, that's forever.
Certainly, it should be a possibility to reset the views, say after a month, when you know better.
I-M-P-O-S-S-I-B-L-E! You must terminate your account and lose the money for the unused portion of your membership.
Furthermore, if you do so, the system will consider you as a spammer and will likely lock you out.
I sincerely regret joining the site.
After paying 25pounds for subscription, all I can get is an opportunity to like pics. Can't even send a message or get a match... so disgusting
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. All they want is money. No way to contact them, met somebody only one person and he was a scam. Wanted me to give him 1200 for child support. No way to contact this site paid for 6 months stayed on ONE day, no way to contact about refund. Paid for messaging never got what I paid for and no way to contact them. This was a expensive lesson. I paid through my credit card the do not allow pictures
App was good 2010-16. All fake profiles, bad algorithm, scam membership, poor functionality, nonexistent customer service. No refunds. Way overpriced for absolutely NOTHING useful.
I went on this dating site to try to better My Life by finding somebody and all I end up getting was a endless road of links when sometime trying to cancel my subscription because frankly this site isn't very good save your money and do not give these people your card information
I have been many times On & Off on Tinder, such a waste of time! It's all bull$#*!. The worst D. Site.
I've been on tinder 2 weeks with no interest apart from a few that are not in UK. I only paid for one month at half price and have blocked any further payments. So I decided to see how fake the profile's are by spending 15 mins constantly liking every profile with out even looking at who it was and must of liked 250 women and not even one was interested to like back. Don't spend your money on this app it's the biggest fake dating site I've seen and I've been on a few. Thought this was good years ago but it needs to be removed. It's just a scam to get money like most dating sites.
Been on this app for almost three years now. And they keep telling me that my perfect match is just a swipe away. Well with all of the data which Tinder has managed to collect on me over the years based on my swiping habits, as well as all of the data from all of the other users, for sure if they wanted to they could have easily made matches for us all. Although making matches is not profitable, thus the endless cycle of swiping screens (and credit cards) continues.
Do not Trust Tinder! They block Thousands if not more for gender, race, etc. They lie and are not looking for someone over 25! I give you one billion thumbs down! They contacted me again this morning aftzr I already knew for 6 months I'm not allowed on there. Happiness is leaving this very boring site. People don't take u seriously on here!
Dont use this app! They will ban your account with no reason why! Spent over $300 in this app over 6months and log in to see it's been banned with absolutely no reasoning why! Use match or bubble. Stay away from Tinder.
This mouse is really responsive and light weight. It got me into the Fortnite World Cup Finals. Make sure to like and subscribe.

Tinder has blocked me without any reason of exact violation. I never even completed an account before I was banned. How could I violate any terms when I've never had an account?
I opened an account last night. This morning somebody didn't like what I said in my profile and report it. And Tinder asked me to copy a couple of pictures and send it to them which I did but took my account off and said it is under review. The notification I got said it would only take a few minutes and it has been over six hours. It appears that tinder is participating in censorship and banning free speech. What I said in my profile "if you got the shot swipe left and that Trump is great. I would be much more upset if I had actually paid for the service. But thankfully I was giving it a free shot. I would never pay for the service because they could take your profile down for who knows how long without rhyme or reason.
I'm 30 and insanely attractive and literally I got three likes in the month I had it. Pretty sure they were not accounts as well. Site is dead as fk
Between 2012-2016... Tinder was once fun to use and I apologize to those that never got the chance to use during those golden years.
It's obviously become a pay-to-play app and the creators did something weird w/ the algorithm that keeps women from seeing your profile unless you're a paid subscriber (a lot of money, I might add which I'm not dumb enough to give out).
So for free users... you could be a spitting image of a young Paul Newman w/ professionally-shot portraits & you're still unlikely to get more than 7 right swipes within one week. Just stick to the real world to meet women, handsome fellas!
Answer: 1 out of 1000 profiles may be real. I had one date, which was just one night stand and didn't go further on. But it took me so much time to get just a few replies. Then I thought that I should have some self-respect and stop losing my time. I joined a trusted site with profile verification and all that stuff https://j4l.com/402007 Things turned around for me there! I had several dates in one month and I found a woman I fell in love with! It's a matter of finding a dating site that verifies profiles and doesn't let scammers in.
Answer: Yeah, you advertise 55 billion profiles and there are only 8 billion people on the planet. You make the sad people want to kill themselves bc we can never find a date. Get rid of the fake profiles. Goodness you guys have been scamming the world for years.
Answer: Yes. It's a scam. I test the sites and write reviews... it's full of Snapchat subscription girls and catfish.
