I ordered this dress in champagne for my wedding and I love everything about the dress. First I thought the color was too dark but once I put it on it was perfect.

I order a dress that clearly did not fit me even though I had given them my personal measurements, having a side seam meant that the dress had to go over my head to put on rather than stepping into it, the problem was that for some insane reason they narrowed the fitting from the hips to the hem (which was just above the knee) maybe someone can tell me how by narrowing the width of the dress at the hem could possible fit over your hips HOW DO YOU MAKE SOMETHING SMALLER FIT OVER SOMETHING BIGGER!
They are very good at using the language barrier as an excuse and clearly do not acknowledge the obvious problems when pointed out to them.
