I sent on the site to check prices to an upcoming event. I had not entered my credit card info so I knew that nothing bad could happen. I WAS WRONG. I clicked a button to find out what the total would be for the 4 tickets I had selected, to my amazement the site went on to purchase the tickets. Almost $1000.00 USD. I have no idea how they obtainedy new cars info because the last time I used the site was before I recently received a new card and # from the CC company. To my dismay, the site made the purchase. I immediately contacted Tick Pick (within 15 minutes) to explain the error. I was informed they have a "no refund or cancellation" policy and that I could resell the tickets! I asked for a supervisor and was told again the same information.
Stay away from these crooks.
Thank you Jack S, but your words are somewhat hollow. I am attaching an email response from the support center. This reply is from YOU. It states that Tick Pick will give me a CREDIT? It was an error on a site that is set up in a predatory fashion. No confirmation of the purchase, just goes straight on to purchase the tickets. Furthermore, your company had no way of even having my new credit card info. Somehow Tick Pick mined that info from MasterCard.
You want to give a credit where youve already made your money, then sell the tickets to make more $$!
This is ridiculous. I called the help line less than 30 minutes after the erroneous purchase.

Decided to go to the concert a few hours before the show, found very good seats at a great price, possibly below face value. I appreciate that the price listed is inclusive of all fees. My only improvement is I wish they would show you the actual seats instead of just the row. Luckily they ended up being the best seats in the row!

If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well.
