I bought 2 tickets on Saturday to a show at the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday. It said "you got the tickets" and all that however they were NEVER delivered. I contacted TickPick support early Sunday morning to say I still hadn't received my tickets. Someone replied a short time and said they would look into for it for me. And then I NEVER heard from them again despite 3 more follow up emails! On Monday they replied and said oh sorry their shift ended shortly after they sent that email so that's why they never replied… Uh great, so maybe hand it off to a colleague then? So I had to CANCEL my date last minute which made me look foolish and embarrassed, with huge disappointment all around. And guess what? They STILL haven't refunded me for the tickets I bought! No replies since the first email on Monday (it's now Thursday) despite my follow ups. This is truly one of the WORST customer experiences I have ever had! I should add that I have used TickPick many times before without issue, but this one was an absolute trainwreck on every level.
