You might save a tiny bit compared to other scalper agencies, but God help you if something goes wrong with your order. Their customer service is non-existent. If you're able to get any response from them all, it will a bull$#*! canned response.

I've used TickPick a number of times and feel great about the serivce as one should. All fees are upfront and communication if there's an isse or question are the best. I stopped using another site for the exact opposite results of another site.

I purchased concert tickets months ago. Due to covid-19 the concert was cancelled. I was told it would take up to 30 days to get a refund. What company takes 30 days to give someone their money back. I have yet to receive my refund. I will not use this company again neither will I recommend this company to anyone. Please use other companies. I've used others and gave this one a try and I will never use them again. Like really, 30 days for a refund and I still haven't received mine.
Have used several times for tickets and I love never having to pay taxes and fees. What you see is what you pay.
Kenny Chesney concert was scheduled May 9,2020 in Tampa Florida, I purchased 8 tickets from TickPick in February 2020. The concert has been rescheduled to May 1,2021 due to COVID 19. We are not available on that date next year to travel to Tampa for the concert. TickPick will not refund the 8 tickets. The COVID-19 issue is not typical, I experienced first-hand how other companies put the customer first during this difficult time. Not TickPick, no refunds. Do not use TickPick to purchase tickets. During a very unusual time, TickPick will not consider the customer. Horrible experience.

I found TickPick a couple of years ago while trying to buy tickets for a last minute concert. I have never heard of them before and wasn't sure if it was legit or not. But let me tell you, for the past couple years I have been using then and I will never purchase tickets anywhere else. TickPick is very much legit and they have the nicest people behind it! If you ever have any questions about your tickets they are happy to help and the tickets are always such a good price because they have no fees! I used to look at Seatgeek, Vivid Seats, Ticketmaster, Gameday for concerts and hockey games and ever since I found TickPick I don't need to look anywhere else! If you EVER need tickets for any kind of event they are the place to get tickets from!

Answer: Hi there, You are free to list your tickets on as many platforms as you wish. Please keep in mind, if your listing sells on TickPick you are locked into fulfilling the order. If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well. If they sell on TicketMaster and you do not remove your listing, and then the listing sells on TickPick you will be held responsible to provide tickets to fill the order as well.
