We're the original no-fee ticket site that guarantees the best prices on tickets to live events.
TickPick generally enjoys a positive reputation among customers, particularly for its competitive pricing, user-friendly app, and transparent, no-hidden-fee policy. Many users appreciate the smooth purchasing process and timely ticket delivery, contributing to overall satisfaction. However, concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly in cases of ticket transfers and cancellations, where some customers experienced frustration due to delays and insufficient support. While many expressed willingness to use the platform again, enhancing communication and support during critical transactions could further improve the customer experience and address recurring issues.

Great and easy experience. Love to know the total price up front, they take Apple Pay which makes things super easy and tickets were emailed within a few minutes. Couldn't have gone better.
My experience couldn't have been any better! Everything went very smoothly. No complaints on my end!
Easy purchase experience, no hidden fees. The game was a great time.
They did not come right away and Tick Pick made it right and got me the tickets!
This was the best and easiest time I've ever had purchasing tickets and the cheapest tickets I've ever purchased before I try to get tickets for you guys the price was almost double
Site allows false advertising of seat locations and allows seller to provide inferior seats. Scammers.
I purchased tickets to the Morgan wallen and friends concert and the day before morgan wallen dropped out and the venue still didn't cancel the concert and replaced him with Jason aldean. I didn't want to see Jason aldean and TickPick contacted the person I purchased the tickets from off their website and asked if I could return them. So I got my $900 back the day before and I was sure I wasn't going to! Really nice of them to let me do that.
Purchased tickets. The day of the event the purchase was cancelled. I was already there and had to purchase worse seats for twice the price 45 minutes before. Needless to say this was a terrible experience. NEVER again!
Bought five expensive tickets to tedeschi trucks band and order was confirmed and money taken off my credit card and then find out late the next morning that they sold the tickets to someone else and that I'm just screwed out of my concert that I've already told everyone and planned. I wouldn't trust this company with anything anymore. Totally unsatisfactory results
They took my charge card and refused to refund an hour after purchase. They don't charge fees they just increase their ticket price. They hacked into my Ticketmaster account without my permission. I'm out $1,000 for tickets I can't use and wonder if they are even valid.
TrickPick cannot guarantee your purchase. They have no accountability, no email confirmations in place to make sure your sending and receiving your purchased tickets. Customer service is a joke. I will plaster this on every social media site I can.
Reached out to customer service asap as I accidentally confirmed a sale that I could not fulfill. I requested that they cancel the sale and reimburse the person trying to buy my tickets. Instead, they charged me 200% the cost of the tickets I was selling and were extremely unhelpful in the process. Highly discourage using this site, it's hard to navigate, easy to make an error, and overall does not compare to other ticket selling platforms!
When you purchase a ticket, it's not "confirmed" until the seller confirms the purchase. They often list speculative priced tickets and, if you purchase when they have it listed low and prices are likely to or are rising, the seller will cancel your purchase and raise the price. TickPick will side with the seller always, of course, and tell the buyer they have to purchase at the new price.
I ordered tickets a week ago. I picked section 106 row H. The day of the event they say tickets are not available and offer cheaper seats for the same amount of money. Then I look at their site and I see two tickets in section 106 row H for sale at $4 more per seat.
Seems to me like they want to charge me more for the seats a week later. Not a very reputable thing to do. I don't know how common this is, but they only have a 2 star rating.
They want a proof of purchase but will only take a photo.

Order # *******. I don't have a photo of it nor am I willing to go to the trouble.
I bought tickets 2 weeks in advance for Taylor Swift concert and did not receive them. I was told to wait till an hour before the event to see if I would get them and I never did. So I then was on the phone for an hour trying to get replacement. I finally got replacement tickets but only a few mins before the event began. THIS IS THE MOST STRESSFUL AND FRUSTRATING THING THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN THROUGH! THEY TELL ME THAT THEY GAVE THE SELLER A DEADLINE OF 11am the DAY of the event and then tell me that it wasn't actually set and I I have to WAIT TILL AN HOUR BEFORE. WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AND COMPANY AGAIN. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. It will only give you gray hairs.
Finding my tickets through TickPick was amazing. The price you see is what you're charged. Awesome!
When I first learned about Tick Pick, I was so excited about this APP that doesn't charge fees. I was so excited that I bought tickets for 4 different concerts. When it came time for my first concert that I was supposed to go to the seller never came through with the tickets that I was supposed to get the day before the concert (mind you by this time tickets were more expensive than when I bought them). I called Tick Pick and told them my situation and they offered me replaceable tickets where I would be sitting behind the stage and wouldn't be able to see anything as far as the band goes. I told them I wouldn't be able to see anything and wasn't happy with those. They ended up replacing my tickets with seats that were further out. It was either that or a refund and miss out on my all-time favorite band (because tickets have gone way up at this point to repurchase tickets). I mentioned that they were supposed to give me comparable tickets as far as where I was originally supposed to sit, and she said no we go by comparable price and like I said tickets had gone way up by that time. Not a happy camper at this point. If you use Tick Pick you will be taking a chance at not getting the actual seats you purchased and end up with crappier seats. I don't recommend them unless you are willing to take that chance. The concert is tonight and supposed to be feeling excited but feeling very disappointed and bummed.
Seller didn't transfer tickets and TickPick refuses a refund. Fraud! Fraud! Theft! Fraud! Will sue.
Bought and was charged for concert tickets. Was then sent email that the "seller" no longer has the tickets and was given a refund. Refund takes 7 business days to credit my account and concert is a week away. Then went back on their site and saw the exact same tickets listed again, but for $100 more. Hundreds of the same complaints. Now I can't go to the concert because I won't have my refund in time to buy new tickets. Never use! Check their reviews. They pull this scam constantly. Should've done my research.
Answer: Hi there, Great question! So as a secondary marketplace where sellers are listing their tickets for sale, the tickets are typically sent electronically via a primary platform such as Ticketmaster, AXS, Account Managers, or SeatGeek (just to provide a few examples). Of course, this is dependent on the venue/event organizer.
Answer: Yes, you would want to list your tickets for a delivery date (In-Hand date) which would directly reflect the day the tickets are available for transferring, listed on Ticketmaster.

Answer: Hi there, You are free to list your tickets on as many platforms as you wish. Please keep in mind, if your listing sells on TickPick you are locked into fulfilling the order. If your listing sells on another platform, you will need to remove the listing from TickPick ASAP to avoid it selling there as well. If they sell on TicketMaster and you do not remove your listing, and then the listing sells on TickPick you will be held responsible to provide tickets to fill the order as well. You will need to monitor your listings/sales very closely to ensure you do not end up with what is called a double-sale.
Answer: Thanks for reaching out! The delivery of the tickets depends on the venue and if there are any delivery delays. We guarantee they will arrive in ample time, 24 hours prior to the event being the latest. Once your order is confirmed, you will get an email with the expected delivery date.
Answer: Hi there, Account surrender means the seller has setup an account that houses the tickets, they would then provide you with the login credentials and you would need to login to the account to view and access the tickets using the login credentials from the seller. It is a valid and safe form of delivery and only used when the event organizer has turned transfers off for that particular event. All sales are backed by our Buyer Trust Guarantee so even with Account Surrender orders, your order is safe and protected by our guidelines.
Answer: Yes, all of our orders have a buyer trust guarantee. If you have any issues with the validity of tickets on your order, you can contact our customer support and we will work with your seller to ensure you have valid tickets for entry at no additional cost to you.
Answer: Hi there, I apologize for the delayed response from our team. Sometimes, if your delivery date isn't until 24/48 hours before the event takes place would be because the tickets are being held and not transferable yet by the venue itself. It is very common for the venues to hold a delay on releasing barcodes to prevent fraudulent tickets from hitting the marketplaces. This is an added security measure out of our control. One of the many reasons you can rest assured with our Buyer Trust Guarantee! We have a dedicated fulfillment team monitoring all orders as they get closer to their "In-hand" date and we will offer replacements whenever possible if the seller misses their deadline to deliver. You may get the tickets before 10/29 so continue to keep a close eye on your emails and let us know if you have any questions.
