The transfer fee for a digital ticket is outrageous and criminal!
I paid 5x the ticket value. I called immediately when I realized my mistake. I tried to cancel twice. It is a bad policy not allowing cancellations. Fortunately I did receive my very expensive tickets. I will never ever use this website again.

My TicketsOnSale confirmation email did include the section and row of my seats, but did not include my specific seat numbers, so it is hard to tell if I paid a lot of money for a scam or for real tickets, and for which exact seats. Concerned, I called the venue realizing that I had purchased "resale" tickets from a third party (TicketsOnSale), but wondering if they have any record of my name and my seats--they searched thoroughly and could not find my name and my seats anywhere. Further, I read that my purchase through TicketsOnSale is not refundable and that I can't cancel it, so I have a hard time believing at this point that my purchase was legitimate.

Purchase was easy. Confirmation came shortly after purchase but reminded me that "this is not your ticket but your ticket will be transferred before the event" which is a little frustrating. Then I started to get hounded by Ticketsonline to confirm that I received a confirmation email. When you click on the link it takes you to this survey. I guess if you dont fill out the survey it will keep sending you rerquests to confirm confirmation email. I am still a little concerned a bout transfer, but we will see.
Awesome, i really don't have much to say about this experience. It was my first time everything went smoothly. Didn't realize i would have to get the MLB app to get my tickets. That was the only hassle.
Tickets do not show exact spot in row. I have a cane and would much prefer aisle seats. However, I was very impressed by delivery of tickets. Received the electronic tickets in one day, instead of day before or day of concert.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
