There were too many steps to obtain my ticket. The parking garage was hard to find after the event and I had a hard time getting out of the garage. I was stuck there until I called an 800 number and they found my order number. It was an annoying fiasco.

450$ US to start off with for à Canadian show. Called your customer service and turned down. I called the venue/seller on february 7th and they advised they reimbursed you. Now my tickets are no longer valid and I need to purchase new ones. If you fail to reimburse me, this is fraud under canadian law.
