Paid twice the amount that I should have and thought I was buying them from Ticketmaster. I paid 394. For 2 $64. GA plus fees & taxes. That really sucks.

I was getting pre-sale tickets due to being in the fan club and I clicked on this site and purchased tickets, knew I was paying way too much. Wish I could cancel my tickets because I purchased the Pre-Sale tickets on the correct link. This should not have been an option since tickets did not go on sale to the public till the several days later. Now I have to try to sell these expensive tickets to hope I get my money back. You should not sell tickets until it is on sale to the public. Third party for pre-sale is a not cool.
Thought I was buying directly from the venue. Would not have made the purchase if I realized that was not the case.
Site should give total cost upfront not after you have paid not very transparent nor have i never seen that before in any other online purchases.

I didn't realize I was on your site when I purchased tickets (my fault). I paid way more than I should have for these tickets. The other part of the process went well, however. We enjoyed the rodeo.
