I ordered tickets and got a confirmation email the same day. I also received info that the tickets would be shipped (arriving the day of the event), but also that they might be sent digitally, or also they might be available day-of at the venue. A specific answer would be nice, especially when buying tickets for other people.
This is not working like a regular ticket distribution hub. The link do not work, the tickets are not downloadable, and the customer service is not available.
The online purchase was easy to do. However the website did not make clear that a third party would provide the tickets. The confirmation email states they will be available by September. That's 8 months away. Once the purchase has been made I expect to receive the tickets promptly. The overall experience leaves me wondering if I have been scammed.

Ticket selection was decent but the fees after point of sale were ridiculous. The electronic transfer window is very close to the concert date; why the delay - do they not actually have the tickets yet?
Tickets were legit and transferred easy, and they follow up to make sure I received the tickets. They also called to confirm I purchased the tickets, since I had done 2 separate purchases.
Overpriced! Also don't tell you the service charge unless you look at the teeny tiny writing.
