The purchase went well the only things is that the tickets will be sent later on. Normally you get tickets once purchased has been processed don't understand why.
You kept sending codes that didn't work. And I don't have a Password for this service. To reset " my " password you sent me more codes that weren't accepted.
Unable to order via my phone, Ticketmaster app got stuck 3x. By the time I got to my laptop, the tickets were very limited. Even this site took 2 tries to accept my order regardless that I had plenty of time left.
Over 40$ in fees per ticket. I purchased 8 tix and the fees paid would have gotten me 2 more tix. Beyond ridiculous. This is why I rarely attend events. 🤬

I don't have an experience to describe. All I did was go on line and purchase tickets.
Finding tickets and buying them were simple using the website. However, I am not enthused about waiting for my tickets to be delivered. I received a confirmation email saying that my tickets will be delivered by the date of the event. That does not give me much confidence that I will receive my tickets in time for the event. I don't want to wait until the day of the event to get my tickets.
Update: Received an email (ticket acceptance) with a link to go to my tickets. However, I cannot figure out how to download the tickets to my Apple wallet or phone. There is a notice on the tickets that "Screenshots won't get you in." Hoping that the link to the tickets works on the evening of the concert.

My experience so far has been rather confusing at this time with no definite explanation when to expect the tickets ordered.
The purchase was easy, but then you have to download an app to view/display the tickets. It seems like the tickets should show up in the app almost immediately, but I got a vague email stating the tickets would be available on or before May 13th.
In addition, I purchased three tickets, so I'm not sure whether I have to show the tickets for everyone or if I can transfer them to each individual. Plus, I've never been to this venue before so I don't know if you leave your seat, do you have to show your ticket to get back to your seat.
Everything worked great I did not have any issues online. Easy to figure out, if you did not know how to buy the tickets.
