I purchased tickets from TicketsOnSale for a summer concert. Since I didn't receive a confirmation right away, I thought my purchase was a scam. I called the number I found and was reassured that my tickets would be available before the concert. I have a confirmation but honestly would feel better if I had the tickets now. I don't understand why the ticket holder cannot release the tickets as soon as they are purchased (like Ticketmaster).
I did not realize I was buying a resale ticket and I'm very unhappy to learn that perhaps you don't even have the tickets in your hands, but you plan to be able to send them to me at the latest by day of concert. This makes me very nervous. I also think the additional charges were high beyond the ticket price.
I tried to cancel my order but it wasn't allowed. I don't think I can attend the event anymore but I couldn't get a refund

Why would the end mobile ticket be delivered up to 1 day before the shoe in March. I purchased this for my niece Birthday in Feb but have to now keep an eye on my email and check spam to ensure I get the ticket as opposed to getting it the same day as checkout. I've never paid a convenience fee That was $30 per ticket
