The ticket buying experience was amazing, but as soon as I purchased I got 10 emails all saying the exact same "thank you for your purchase" and I was forced to 'accept' my tickets before a certain time otherwise they would have been voided. Great experience easy to purchase and quick response only issue was I was worried about where the seats were going to be but ended up working fabulous and can't wait for them concert
A little confused I'm used to getting a paper ticket but once I got through the procedure it was easy just thought that the service charge was a little expensive
