I had started off on the venue's website and somehow got switched to yours. Because of that, I ended up paying WAY too much for the tickets. I don't know how you did it, but you got me. Your "service charge" is more per ticket than the actual face value. You fooled me once, but rest assured it will NEVER happen again. Now I just hope that I actually receive the tickets.
There was a lot of uncertainty and initially I questioned whether I had been scammed. It would have been good to see a roadmap of all the steps from beginning to end. Each step lead me to feel more confident that the purchase was legitimate.
