I paid $230 more than had I bought them direct from the venue, which is where I thought the web had taken me. Lesson learned. There is a no refund/cancellation policy.
I didn't realize that I has been redirected to a secondary sellers site when I made my purchase. I thought I was on the venues page and realized that I wasn't once I'd been charged in US funds for a concert that I'm attending in canada. I should also mention that I'm canadian. So paying an extra $300 for the tickets kinda stung!
