It was a little confusing on how to transfer my tickets. I think I got it figured out now

Using the site was easy. Ticket selection was easy, with some fees expected (unfortunately). The amount of the fees was shocking ($43 per ticket!). What are these fees for? Some fees for the service are expected, not $43. At least show these fees up front instead of bait and switching. Be a leader in the industry, not a follower.

I should of purchased them at the hockey rink with out your bogus fees, adding another $20.00 is rediculus.

Easy to use. A bit pricey. I responded to this email once but apparently you cannot confirm receipt without taking a survey.

After purchase I had some concern because I received notification that my tickets would not be available until one day before the concert. However, by the next day the tickets were transferred to TicketMaster and I was able to add them to my Apple Wallet.

It is so easy to order tickets. I received a email with tickets in the early morning before work. I would have liked the additional reminder text message though, such that has happened in subsequent purchases. At the end of the long day, this mid-week, local event got spaced out and we did not attend. My bad, my fault. I'm just saying that the additional text message would have been a life saver. Oh well, bummer.

I paid way to much for these tickets. I could have gotten them for 68 dollars from another site and it was to late after I paid for these 196.00 is ridiculous.

A service fee per ticket seems excessive. It was 1 order only. All prices were USD. The show is in Canada.

Fees are rediculous. There's no reason to charge 50% of the ticket price for fees which is deceiving on people for the final total. 10% fee is plenty but of course as long as you keep getting away with it, you're going to keep doing it

Easy enough to purchase tickets but fees were too much. I ended up spending way more on a baseball game than should have.
