Tickets were fairly easy to purchase and even receive once I understood how the program worked. Haven't tried retrieving them for the game, so I hope that works as well. But having tickets in email, at least for me, makes it cumbersome to find them
I was a little concerned as I got the email and I guess this is affiliated with AXS, which I have an account with but I did not know at first how I would get the tickets, but upon getting email and checking my AXS app, I didn't see the tickets so I got concerned. I was starting to open a ticket as I can't make sense of getting an email saying your tickets are transferred yet they are not there. I just wish in these cases it would say like give up to 24 hours or something. But as I was starting to open ticket I checked again and they were there. So it took a few minutes after the email. How about aend the email after the transfer is completed. Anyways, maybe me being a little impatient but this was my first time and I did not know what to expect. Thanks
I go to a concert once in a blue moon. Didn't like that I had to download Ticketmaster, set up another password and it's all just too much. I probably won't do this again as the fees are a bit outrageous also as everything is electronic!
Concert ticket sellers are underhanded, immoral and take advantage of people
I was shown a price of 288.00 per person for tickets then when I ordered my 2 tickets I was charged 800.00 for them. I will accept my tickets because I want to take my son to this event and sit in the area I chose. But that is false advertisement.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
