The site made it easy to purchase tickets. It was slightly confusing to accept the tickets, it was not clear if I accepted my tickets or not. There are also quite a few extra fees added on during check out. As long as the tickets are legitimate it was an easy process.

I thought the service was extremely inconvenient. To access the scannable ticket, you MUST download the app. For people who have full storage or simply don't want to, it makes your ticket obsolete. The only saving grace about this service is that it was fairly simple to transfer tickets, so my whole party didn't have to download the app.
