When I went on the website to buy tickets, this site popped up and is a second party. I didn't realize this. When I went to the concert they couldn't scan my tickets on my phone so they had to print off different tickets so they could scan them so we could attend the concert. It took more of our time and the venues time. I was disappointed about that.
