I purchased tickets to a show that is in late September on May 9th, and it says I will not receive the tickets until 2 days before the show. This is ridiculous.

I really felt I was scammed with the purchase of these tickets. I thought I was buying them directly from the Texas Rangers and somehow my connection was intercepted by TicketsOnSale. I have bought tickets to MLB games before and always used the MLB app to access them. I was also very disappointed that I had to wait until the day of the game to get them. Finally as a total insult your add-on service fees were ridiculous. From now on if I want to go to a Rangers game I will drive to the ballpark and by them through the ticket office so I can be sure of what I am getting. You will see no more business from me.
Adding a $50.00 fee per ticket on already overpriced tickets seems unethical.
