My tickets were not available at the time of the event. The Customer Service Rep. Could not find anyone to help solve the situation. This led to last minute rushing to find comparable arrangements. Super stressful and inconvenient. Quick reimbursement of payment is the only reason any stars were given.

Purchased tickets for St. John's NL, Canada. My total came to $483 but was charged $677 on my Visa. When I questioned the price, I was told all prices are in USD. Then was told all sales are final. This should be stated on website or have the option to convert from USD to Canadian. Very unfortunate as I would have never purchased these tickets for this price. Needless to say I will never purchase from this site again.
