Purchased a parking ticket for football game was a great experience
It is not clear how to accept tickets. I click on the link that was emailed. The ticket appears. But no button to accept. Customer service is not reachable.

Not well. I had trouble finishing the order for parking ticket. And the site does not show exact location and real scenario im choosing for a parking spot expecially for a first timer. I had to call in to complete transaction. When i get to Metlife it turns out i could have paid there at a cheaper price.
It does not give exact direction on the map for tickets on paeking lot.
I was able to get my concert ticket through this site. They gave clear and specific directions to obtain. The emails can quickly, just be sure to do what they say. After I followed the directions my ticket was in my Ticketmaster app and I got into the show without any issues. Thank you.
