Purchasing tickets was easy. Actually claiming them was difficult. Even tho I had never used this site before, it kept saying I had & had to reset my password. One day I spent an hour and a half trying to navigate this, and kept getting stuck in a reset password loop. Finally quit in disgust. Tried 2 days later, got reset password again, but was actually able to reset & claim tickets on first try. Now it shows each ticket w elecronic code and say I just have to show at gate to get in. It had better work!

I ordered the tickets June 1 for a July 5th show. Rec'd confirm email of the order and the tickets will be sent by July 3. Received an email on June 4 asking if I rec'd confirmation email. Clicked that I had, but did not complete this ridiculous review page. I found it confusing that I was asked if I rec'd confirmation again today, June 8th. Wait... did they send the tickets and they're asking about that? Or are they asking me to confirm again solely for the purpose of forcing me to review their system? Suggestion: When someone orders tickets, send the confirmation email. Great. Then send the tickets by the date you said in your confirmation email (why wait until 2 days before the event, BTW?). Send the tickets... THEN have an email asking if we've received... include review of the system on THAT email. OR at least be clear in your request for confirmation that the tickets have not been sent yet but will be by the date that was on the initial confirmation email. Otherwise... it was very simple to order the tickets initially.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
