I went to website of the venue to purchase the ticket.it was very easy.
When someone buys an off site parking ticket, do not give directions to the event site. We were 1/2 mile away and were given directions on your site to the event. When I get to the parking area, they will give me directions for the walk. Tell your techies to get their act together.
See title, I don't like waiting until the day before event while you sit on my money to receive tickets.
The options for ticket purchase didn't tell me exactly which seats I was buying, the system didn't accept american express and I was caught by surprise at the end that the tickets were in USD. Why on earth are you charging in US dollars for a Canadian venue? If I had realized then I would not have purchased the tickets I did. The protection fee was also too high per ticket-
