I bought my tickets in april, my credit card was charged, yet you give no indication of when I'll receive them other than before the day of the show. In September. Then you spam me with emails that don't contain my tickets. I'm paranoid I accidentally deleted them, but the "contact us" button on your original email doesn't work.

I missed the first part of the show because I hadn't received the ticket and at the entrance of L'Olympia, they told me it was a fraudulous site, so I came back home very sad and angry, And finally at 8pm my ticket got into my emails, so I had to come back to L'Olympia and i missed the first part of Zucchero,

Easy way to buy tickets I've use tickets master a few times never had any problem

To complete the order, I had to read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy policy for 2 separate vendors but the reading window was only 1cm high with no way to expand- virtually impossible to read. I was also told to save my tickets to my iPhone wallet but there is no way to do this that I could find (maybe referring to old tech?)

See above! I was cheated, there were no indication of all the excessive service charges and the changing of the ticket price.

Thinking that I was at the Bellagio box office I proceeded to purchase two tickets to a Cirque du Soleil show but found the going a little strange...I persisted...As I finished my transaction I realized how stupid I was being...but too late. I immediately called the Bellagio to be told that I could have paid about $600 to $650 for two tickets...instead of the $957 you charged me.

I expect to be served Champagne at my seat!

Quick and easy way to order parking tickets for a football game. Wish they shipped the tickets earlier, though. Only ships one week before the game and I'm traveling from out of state.

Finding the concert I wanted and buying the tickets I wanted was very easy. I just wish there was just a little more description on what the ticket itself entails. You guys are great! Thankyou so much!

It sucked to have my money taken from my account and than find out the order was canceled and waiting for a refund.

I was very upset that your prices are double the price that Ticketmaster sold there tickets for and I had no idea that you were not the same thing that they are. We paid $545.13 and I could have paid $279 on Ticketmaster for the same area tickets. I will never ever buy from this website again!

No where on this site does it say that you will be charged in USD. I was expecting to pay the amount on my receipt, not 40% more. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was not possible. Ok, so you can take my money but not give it back? When I asked where does it say on my receipt that I'd be charged in USD, the response was that there was a $ sign. Really? We use the $ in Canada too. Many countries do. The online chat is nothing more than an AI bot, and you can't call anyone from the phone number given. It's just a list of options with prerecorded messages. Absolute scam.

Easy to find parking locations and purchase passes no issue's whatsoever

I should have payed better attention that this was not ticketmaster! Awful company all together.

We purchased parking for an event from your site which showed $19.00 but when we received the receipt it actually charged is $33.00. We called but your representative only explained that there were "fees" for this service... VERY Expensive fees almost twice the cost of the parking. We would have purchased something different had we known of you hidden fees.
